What you'll do
- Manage platform performance & health — prioritize improvements that unblock growth and enable scalability
- Demand forecasting & planning inputs — feed category trends, promotional calendars, and supply constraints into planning
- Pricing & discount strategy — recommend promotional mechanics, discount structures, and A/B test opportunities
- Hands-on CRO experience — shipped multiple A/B tests with measurable lift
- Design tool literacy — can read specs, comment on designs, and iterate with design partners
