About the role
As Manager Site Payments , you will lead a high-performing team through one of the most complex and critical phases of the clinical trial lifecycle. This role plays a vital part in the success of our FSP Business Unit (BU) by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely investigator payments while driving operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Line Manage and develop Site Payments teams, ensuring best-in-class delivery of investigator payments across assigned projects
- Oversee project delivery to ensure customer expectations, contractual obligations, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project and operational risks to ensure business continuity
- Review and approve employee time records, expense reports, and leave requests
- Drive performance management through goal setting, coaching, mentoring, career development, performance reviews, and, when necessary, corrective actions
