About the role
We are seeking a UX Designer to drive user-centered design across Thermo Fisher Scientific's One Lambda™ software portfolio—supporting transplant diagnostics and HLA laboratory workflows. This role spans both application-level experiences (e.g., HLA typing, antibody analysis tools) and platform-level systems (e.g., lab data management, interoperability, and workflow orchestration).
What you'll do
- Design intuitive workflows for complex scientific applications (e.g., HLA typing, antibody analysis, sequencing data visualization)
- Translate highly technical lab processes into usable, efficient interfaces
- Create wireframes, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Optimize workflows for accuracy, speed, and error reduction in regulated environments
- Design cross-product experiences that unify multiple One Lambda software tools into a cohesive ecosystem
