About the role
As a Programmer Analyst II, you’ll support research projects by applying programming and computational methods to clinical data. You’ll work as part of a study team under the guidance of a lead programmer.
What you'll do
- Complete programming tasks assigned by study team leads. This includes creating, running, maintaining, and validating programs that transfer, combine
- Use SAS and established tools and processes to generate and validate clinical listings, tables, figures, reports, and other outputs
- Prepare and analyze clinical trial data, including laboratory, vital signs, tumor response, imaging, quality-of-life, well-being questionnaire, and adverse event data
- Work with researchers and multidisciplinary project teams to understand problems and recommend suitable technology solutions and programming strategies
- Develop customized code using existing tools and applications to produce or validate clinical research and technical outputs
