Project Support Coordinator – Language Specialist We are looking for a Project Support Coordinator – Language Specialist who combines strong project coordination and organizational capabilities with proficiency in one foreign language ( German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian) in addition to English.
What you'll do
- Coordinate, oversee, and complete assigned clinical trial activities in accordance with the applicable task matrix
- Support the initial study setup and ongoing maintenance of study-specific systems, tools, trackers, and documentation
- Perform department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews assigned, document findings, follow up on resolutions, and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure assigned activities are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards
- Support study-specific documentation and maintain key trackers, including study team lists, project-specific training requirements, system access management
