What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other platform capabilities
- Work independently on complex enhancements and development requirements with minimal supervision
- Translate functional and business requirements into well-designed technical solutions
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices
