What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams consisting of frontend developers, backend developers, UI/UX designers, quality engineers, and data engineers
- Provide technical direction and ensure engineering solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with product and business requirements
- Participate in solution-design discussions and review technical approaches across frontend, backend, integration, UX, testing, and data platforms
- Establish and promote engineering standards, coding practices, design principles, review processes, and quality expectations
- Ensure appropriate technical decisions are made while balancing business priorities, delivery timelines, quality, technical debt, and long-term maintainability
