What you'll do
- Act as a senior staff architect for the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) platform, defining solution architecture, technical standards
- Lead and develop a small team with mixed skills, providing direction and fostering technical excellence across diverse competencies
- Mentor and develop team members, building their technical capabilities and supporting their professional growth within the SAP C4C ecosystem
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and IT functions
- Provide leadership in architectural reviews and design sessions, guiding technical decision-making and ensuring adherence to best practices
