About the role
We are seeking an experienced senior technical individual contributor to own and drive the Document Management Systems portfolio within the Oracle Center of Excellence Shared Services organization, supporting global business operations from Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Serve as the senior technical resource and escalation point for OpenText Captiva , including capture workflow configuration, batch processing, troubleshooting
- Design and maintain batch classes, document classification, and extraction/validation rules across Captiva modules (Capture, InputAccel)
- Support integration between Captiva and downstream repositories (e.g., Oracle WebCenter, Documentum)
- Develop and maintain custom scripting for business rules within Captiva workflows
- Support version upgrades, patching, and environment troubleshooting
