What you'll do
- Ensure adherence to CSLM lifecycle processes, development standards, quality requirements, and relevant tools throughout the application lifecycle
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain system components in accordance with business requirements, technical specifications, and coding standards
- Write efficient, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code while following established software engineering best practices
- Conduct and participate in code reviews, code refactoring, and continuous improvement activities to enhance system quality and maintainability
- Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents using structured problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis techniques
