We are seeking a Staff Mechanical Engineer to join a growing R&D team in Hyderabad supporting sustaining engineering, VAVE, and lifecycle management for the KingFisher sample preparation systems and Detection instruments.
What you'll do
- Act as a technical lead for mechanical systems and subsystems , including assemblies, mechanisms, enclosures, and thermal/structural components
- Lead design, analysis, and troubleshooting of mechanical components and systems
- Drive root cause investigations for mechanical and system-level issues, including field failures and reliability concerns
- Support design trade-offs, material selection, and tolerance analysis to optimize performance, cost, and manufacturability
- Sustaining Engineering & Lifecycle Management
