What you'll do
- Establish the methods and solutions to analyse large amounts of single-cell VDJ sequencing data, specifically directed towards the development and evolution of antibodies
- Design the next generation of computational analysis pipelines for high-throughput processing of single-cell VDJ data. Add other sources of paired or unpaired…
- Conduct original research on affinity maturation and antibody developability
- Help build and provision our data infrastructure towards antibody development and annotation of VDJ clonotypes
- Contribute to annotation of immunoglobin germline variation on different genomes
