As a Technical Lead, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers optimize their use of our innovative technologies across advanced cell analysis solutions and supporting their journey in translational & clinical research.

What you'll do

• Provide independent on-site pre-sales demos and post-sales product and scientific workflow trainings
• Provide panel design support & handholding the customers for assay optimization
• Prepare and present seminars to a wide array of audiences
• Develop and lead hands-on workshops, demos, and internal and external trainings
• Provide market sensing mechanism, identifying new opportunities and trends, and highlighting gaps in current portfolio
