About the role
The Infrastructure Lead/Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless operations, scalability, and security. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across data centers, cloud environments, and networking domains.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including data center migrations, cloud adoption (AWS, Azure, GCP), and network architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines and quality standards
- Ensure adherence to ITIL, PMI, or PRINCE2 frameworks for project governance and delivery
- Manage and Lead Desktop & Admin, Active Directory and O365 support, ensuring timely resolution of AutoTask tickets, VDI creations and decommissions, and AVD decommissions
- Supervise Configuration Management Database (CMDB) – Ensure daily CI assignments, reduce stale tasks, manage RITM requests, validate Azure cloud discovery schedules
