About the role
Systems Administrators participate in the delivery of optimally performing software, hardware, and services. They perform system maintenance and provide operational support to various production processes, products, and services across the company through operating systems, servers, infrastructure, and/or storage monitoring and problem resolution when end user or client
What you'll do
- Monitors the daily performance and capacity activity on servers and operating systems and responds quickly to routine alerts
- Assists with quickly troubleshooting and the initial triage of events and in a controlled manner; regularly addresses
- And resolves routine system alerts but typically requires assistance on those of a more complex nature
- Manages and executes tasks relating to maintenance, applications, processes, and deployment of a more routine
- Or less-complex, nature (e.g., O/S upgrades for end of life)
