Associate Director - Transformation and Strategy

What you'll do

• Lead change control, risk management, and steering committee reporting while driving front-to-back integration across operating model redesign, rebranding
• Partnering closely with business, compliance, risk, operations, technology, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery across workstreams
• As a support member of the Integration Management Office, incumbent will own end-to-end integration governance and execution across critical transformation programs
• Demonstrate success navigating large-scale mergers or enterprise transformations — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Deliver high-impact industry research and strategic reporting by leveraging leading data platforms including Morningstar, Broadridge, Evestment, Preqin
