Associate I - Proofreader

About the role

This role requires an emphasis on thorough proofreading capabilities (85%) combined with editor support (15%) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all transition materials and communications. The position focuses on reviewing, and refining copy for plan transition materials while ensuring editorial excellence across all deliverables.

What you'll do

• Proofreading & Editorial Review: Thoroughly review all production materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, style adherence, and factual accuracy
• Content Editing (15%): Partner with the Editorial Director and production team to adapt and refine content across multiple formats
• Proofreading and Quality Assurance (85%) Editing (15%)
