About the role
The Senior IT Asset Management / Senior ITAM Governance Analyst is responsible for advancing enterprise IT Asset Management governance across hardware, software, cloud, and related technology assets. This role provides senior-level oversight of asset lifecycle controls, software license compliance, inventory integrity, audit readiness, risk remediation, and cost optimization activities.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise IT asset lifecycle governance across hardware, software, cloud, and related technology assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, refresh
- Provide senior-level oversight of IT asset inventory accuracy, CMDB alignment, data quality controls, discovery integrations, reconciliation processes
- Manage and support software asset management activities, including license entitlement reconciliation, usage analysis, compliance reviews, publisher audit support
- Analyze asset utilization, lifecycle status, renewal exposure, compliance position, and technology currency to identify cost optimization, rationalization
- Partner with technology owners, sourcing, finance, risk, cybersecurity, infrastructure, desktop engineering, legal
