Associate - Nuveen Data Quality

About the role

The job is responsible for supporting the organization's global distribution teams by addressing user requests, enhancing user experience, providing user training, and maintaining data integrity of the platform. While working independently under general supervision, this job assists in the implementation of business processes and improvements that drive customer satisfaction, mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

What you'll do

• Meets with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition
• Maintains sales and marketing statistics and tracks programs to evaluate effectiveness
• Reviews and updates data within the customer relationship management (CRM) technology to ensure data adheres to data standards
• Ensures implementation of data quality processes and ensures sign off on data-related changes
• Participates in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data
