What you'll do

• Develop, configure, and provide ongoing support for custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that align with customer business processes and requirements
• Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 Online applications
• Develop and maintain existing workflows and plugins within Dynamics CRM to support system engineering lifecycle activities
• Translate business and strategic objectives into technical and functional CRM capabilities
