About the role
As a BOQ Executive, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for our retail network development projects.
What you'll do
- Prepare accurate and detailed BOQs for retail network development projects, including materials, labor, and other costs
- Collaborate with the Retail Design team to understand project requirements and ensure BOQs align with project plans
- Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to identify all necessary materials and quantities
- Source and compare prices for materials and services to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Maintain and update BOQs throughout the project lifecycle, including any changes or modifications
