About the role
To ensure timely procurement, planning, quality verification, bagging, and supply of gemstones for Proto, MTO (Made-to-Order), and New Product Development requirements while coordinating with Design, Merchandising, Jewellery Vendors, and Gemstone Suppliers.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute Proto & MTO gemstone requirements based on approved BOM
- Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Planning, and Jewellery Vendors for gemstone requirements
- Source gemstones from approved vendor partners within committed timelines
- Ensure gemstone quality, size, colour, and quantity match approved specifications
- Monitor procurement lead time and proactively communicate potential delays
