About the role
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet defined quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory/ISO norms. The role focuses on defect prevention, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Quality Assurance & Control
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, inspection procedures, and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / customer-specific standards
- Conduct Pre Dispatch Inspection, Receipt inspection, in-process, and final inspections as per defined criteria
- Monitor product quality performance and report KPIs (Rejection rate, COPQ)
