About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive to join the Post Production function at MSO. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Oracle, Excel proficiency, and extensive experience in Inventory Management, report generation and data analytics to support our operational and strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage the receipt and storage of Finished Products from Vendors, regional units, and other supply chain regions
- Adherence to TAT (Turn around time) from the docket generation at vendor till SCN acknowledgement
- Managing the Hallmarking Operation – Timely Distribution of goods for Hallmarking Operations and Monitoring the Hallmarking performance with daily coordination
- Provide information on the priority of completion
- Ensure the receipt of material as per the documentation and report for any deviation / discrepancy in receipt
