- Conduct regular process audits to verify compliance with SOPs and identify deviations or gaps
- Drive timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to close identified process gaps and prevent recurrence
- Drive implementation of Quality Management (QM) pillar steps across the factory to strengthen quality culture and process discipline
- Monitor process adherence through defined KPIs and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure sustained compliance
