About the role
Project Lead will work in tandem with Project managers and perform project management duties to support the completion of projects. Project Lead participates during all phases of the project management process: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.
What you'll do
- Overall responsibility for managing and controlling project scope, cost, timeline, and deliverables
- Understanding the customer and what the customers’ needs are, providing realistic expectations, establishing specific customer satisfaction standards
- Must be a good analytical person, should recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent, evaluates alternatives
- Must make decisions and take timely independent action in pursuit of priorities
- Outstanding grasp of Assembly Automation technology concepts and processes
