What you'll do
- Supervise day-to-day assembly activities (mechanical and/or electrical)
- Ensure execution as per production plans, drawings, and SOPs
- Monitor line performance and ensure optimal productivity
- Lead a team of operators/technicians on the shop floor
- Allocate tasks, track performance, and ensure effective utilization of manpower
