About the role
Ø Ensure adequate Input from customers to design the Tool. Ø Design Press Tools, Jigs/Fixtures, Cutting tools, Gauges, Productivity Improvement devices to manufacture Movement components using Creo, Solid works & Auto CAD software. Ø Co-ordinate with Product Design, Tool Room, PED, Manufacturing shops & other functions.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for Execution of Tool Designs for Movement, Assembly & OEM Functions
- Ø Creo & Solid works 3D models & Engineering Drawings
- Ø Error free designs within scheduled time
- Ø Design solutions to solve shop floor issues
- Ø Tool designs for Productivity Improvement
