Capture, maintain, and analyse training data, competency records, certification status, and learning progress through a centralized knowledge repository and training database. Promote innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement, developing capability-building solutions, and participating in cross-functional improvement projects.
What you'll do
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business stakeholders and develop training plans aligned with organizational capability requirements
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, competency evaluations, and business impact, and recommend continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, safety requirements, governance guidelines during all learning interventions
