About the role
Regional Visual Merchandiser | South & West Region Mia by Tanishq is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial streak and execution-focused Regional Visual Merchandiser to lead visual merchandising across the South and West regions, spanning Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh .
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end execution of VM campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional displays across all stores
- Ensure high VM compliance through regular store visits, audits, and action planning
- Plan and execute visual merchandising requirements for new store openings, renovations, relocations, and grand launch events
- Manage regional vendors, fabricators, printers, and installation partners to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Lead store décor and branding for launches, festive campaigns, customer events, and special activations
