About the role
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Data with 8+ years of experience designing and building reliable, scalable data platforms. This is a senior technical role for someone who can set architectural direction, solve complex data engineering problems, and remain hands-on in critical parts of the platform.
What you'll do
- Technical direction and architecture: Define and evolve the architecture for scalable data platforms, pipelines, and analytical data systems
- Make sound design choices around reliability, performance, cost, security, and maintainability
- Set engineering standards for retries, idempotency, observability, and failure recovery
- Data modeling and transformation: Establish maintainable, version-controlled
