What you'll do
- Drive Global A&T Service Strategy and Governance
- Define, maintain, and enhance the global A&T service framework, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across all markets
- Oversee the alignment of deliverables, terminology, and pricing models across RDCs
- Lead and coordinate RDCs
- Establish, expand, and guide Regional Delivery Centers (RDCs) to ensure scalable, high-performing A&T delivery teams
