What you'll do
- Own and maintain software asset inventory, entitlement repositories, and licensing records within the ITAM/SAM platform
- Establish and maintain Effective License Positions (ELP) for strategic software vendors including Microsoft, Adobe, and other key publishers
- Perform software license reconciliation activities to identify compliance risks, optimization opportunities, and financial exposure
- Drive software lifecycle management from request, procurement, deployment, maintenance, renewal, optimization, and retirement
- Define and maintain software asset governance standards, policies, and control mechanisms
