About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students, understand their academic goals, and guide them in selecting and enrolling in our various coaching programs, including CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET, Judiciary and others.
What you'll do
- Interact with prospective students and their families to understand their academic goals and recommend appropriate courses and coaching programs (CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET
- Assist students in the entire enrollment process, including course selection, fee structure explanation, and program details
- Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into enrollments by addressing their concerns, and providing them with the right information to make informed decisions
- Maintain records of student inquiries, applications, and conversions. Ensure timely follow-ups and track the progress of leads
- Build and maintain relationships with students to ensure a positive counseling experience and increase student retention
