About the role
As a Career Counsellor , you will work directly with students and their families and become an important part of their career journey. The role involves conducting offline, in-person - assessments, one-on-one career counselling, parent interactions, group sessions, special-case interventions and placement-readiness activities.
What you'll do
- Student Assessment & Career Counselling
- Conduct scientific aptitude and personality assessments for students using the prescribed assessment framework
- Conduct structured one-on-one career counselling sessions of approximately 25–30 minutes
- Help students understand suitable career pathways, educational opportunities, entrance examinations, skill requirements and employment options
- Identify students who require additional counselling or intervention
