About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Lighthouse Mentor to guide and mentor aspirants preparing for Design Entrance Exams , including NIFT and other leading design entrance examinations. The mentor will act as a dedicated point of contact for students, helping them identify their areas of improvement, stay on track with their preparation, and receive the right academic and strategic guidance throughout their journey.
What you'll do
- Mentor and guide students preparing for NIFT and other Design Entrance Exams
- Understand individual students' academic and preparation-related challenges and provide suitable guidance
- Track students' progress and ensure consistent follow-ups
- Help students identify weak areas and suggest appropriate resources, practice strategies, and improvement plans
- Conduct regular one-on-one or group mentoring sessions
