About the role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will provide support in identifying the best technical talent on the market. In addition, you will work to determine the position requirements as well as advise on a posting and sourcing strategy. !!! Working 5 DAYS A Week!!!
What you'll do
- Develop and execute ideas and strategies; maintain and analyse recruitment metrics, develop recruiting materials and strategies that ensure a successful search
- Create and post job descriptions, handle various portals & develop position-specific screening questionnaires
- Determines applicant requirements by evaluating job descriptions and understanding client’s needs
- Sources and attracts potential candidates through the use of job boards, referrals, networking, campus recruitments and the internal database
- Visit Campus for recruitment drive. Create proper channel for communication & maintain good relationship with TPO's for campus visits
