About the role
This position reports to the Executive Director, Head of Consent, Biospecimens & Imaging (CBI). As a Line Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing team members within the Specimen Data & Systems, Imaging Management, and Informed Consent for Specimens & Data functions located in the BMS Hyderabad office.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the line management of the Specimen Systems & Data, Imaging Management, and Informed Consent for Specimens & Data teams in Hyderabad
- Perform side-by-side coaching, deliver performance evaluations and goal setting, and provide ongoing mentoring, talent development, hiring, onboarding
- Partner with the Heads of Specimen Data & Systems, Imaging Management, and Informed Consent for Specimens & Data to prioritize work, establish goals
- Ensure alignment with functional leaders regarding body-of-work distribution, resource planning, capacity management, and business priorities across the respective teams
- Develop a strong understanding of the functional responsibilities within scope and provide leadership, guidance
