What you'll do
- Set multi-year strategy for the franchise in India, and translate it into an annual operating plan
- Allocate resources across brands, customer segments, and channels to maximize growth
- Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and tracking financial performance
- Develop and implement pricing strategy in partnership with Commercial Operations and Finance
- Exceed annual sales targets – by product and for the entire portfolio of products
