About the role
The Senior Director, Commercial Engineering & CBIT Hyderabad Technology Centre Lead, leads the broader Commercialization engineering organization and serves as the senior technology leader for the Commercialization BI&T teams in Hyderabad.
What you'll do
- Own the engineering strategy and operating model across Commercialization BI&T, including software, platform, integration, data, cloud and AI engineering
- Lead the broader engineering organization and hold engineering leaders accountable for delivery, quality, security, reliability, cost and business outcomes
- Build scalable technology capabilities that support pharmaceutical commercial functions, including sales, field medical, marketing, market access
- Ensure engineering teams understand commercial business processes and translate product priorities into reliable, intuitive and production-ready solutions
- Set the technical direction for core commercial platforms and ensure solutions are reusable, interoperable and aligned with enterprise architecture
