Senior Manager, India Corporate Affairs

About the role

The Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs, will lead the design and execution of strategic communications and corporate engagement initiatives for the BMS based out of Hyderabad, supporting the organization’s reputation, employee engagement, and stakeholder relations.

What you'll do

• Design and execute internal communications initiatives to foster a unified, transparent, and collaborative culture aligned with BMS values and goals
• Support leadership communications by developing clear, timely, and aligned messaging for senior leaders across key internal forums, town halls, employee updates
• Drive employee engagement initiatives in partnership with business leaders and the culture and engagement team, promoting a sense of purpose and pride among the team
• Develop compelling content and campaigns that keep employees informed, motivated, and connected to BMS's mission in science and innovation
• Serve as a trusted advisor on internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging and promoting open dialogue within the organization
