About the role
As an integral part of the Human Resources department, this role will provide HRIS support, assist with generating headcount reports, and liaise with the wider international HR teams in global locations on day-to-day basis.
What you'll do
- Assist with pre-onboarding, onboarding functions for all new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate HRIS data entry
- Supporting and managing the Help workspace with queries, being the first point of contact
- Process mass employee transactions, including inputting or updating changes, and maintaining accurate data in the HRIS system
- Investigate and resolve any data integrity issues within HRIS systems
- Perform ad-hoc reporting as required and provide customized reports to various departments as needed and automating frequent report requests
