About the role
The Human Resources Generalist is in charge of the Human Resources department’s daily operations. The Human Resources Generalist conducts all Human Resources matters (all processes in the employee life cycle) with more autonomy and efficiency than the HR Administrator. In some locations the Human Resources Generalist may also be responsible for benefits administration and payroll.
What you'll do
- Responsible for a range of activities, from transactional to support of large projects within different locations / countries / regions
- Manage relocation and transfer processes including visa applications where applicable, payroll transfers, etc
- Administer different benefit plans in compliance with local regulations and Company procedures and policies
- Assist with the localization and implementation of personnel policies and procedures in all the necessary regions
- Support more senior members in preparation for HR Audits and Labor Inspections, as required
