What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payroll processors or specialists
- Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure payroll deadlines are met
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities for the team
- Handle any escalated issues from team members or clients
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for clients, ensuring that payroll is accurate and timely
