About the role
The position of the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all localization projects. Will be responsible for all communication (email and calls) with different departments involved (media, translations, account managers/sales, localization PMs located globally etc.)
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all localization projects
- Manage the entire life-cycle of localization projects in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate all the project phases and efficiently predict the lifespan of all the stages of the project
- Liaise with different production centers and PMs to clarify project parameters
- Negotiate deadlines and rates (with vendors) with Project managers
