About the role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to drive the development of AudienceAI, an internal marketing and business development tool. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who combines solid technical execution with product thinking and a clear understanding of user needs.
What you'll do
- Build and Maintain AudienceAI
- Design, build, test, and maintain features across the front end, back end, APIs, databases, and supporting infrastructure
- Take technical ownership of the application, including its architecture, integrations, deployment, and ongoing improvement
- Translate product requirements and user needs into practical technical solutions
- Make sound technical decisions that balance delivery speed, scalability, maintainability, and security
