About the role
Responsible for strategy, design, and governance of the End User Computing (EUC) architecture across the organisation. Provides technical direction, design authority, and oversight for workplace technologies aligned to Cloud First and Zero Trust principles. Delivers support to projects and operations through design input, standards, and Guidance for support teams.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership on EUC services design including devices, endpoint management, identity, collaboration tooling, virtual desktops
- Own and maintain EUC reference architectures, standards, patterns, lifecycle roadmaps and design guardrails for enterprise use
- Provide governance ensuring all deployments aligned to agreed standards, templates, security controls and support models
- Provide consultancy, mentoring and technical direction to engineering and operational teams
- Identify and manage key EUC technology vendors and partnerships
