About the role
Why does this role exist in the organisation? You will be working as a Team Lead in delivering the day-to-day operations of a wide range of compliance processes being delivered from the service centre. This is a generalist role where you would be expected to get involved with all areas of the compliance and risk function.
What you'll do
- Describe the areas the role is ultimately responsible for
- Assign activities to the Analyst for action
- Manage and delegate work fairly and effectively within the team
- Request and ensure that the team has access to all the required applications required for the process
- Review the work of the analyst to ensure quality is maintained and processes are followed as given in the procedure documents
