About the role
This role plays a critical part in bridging the gap between the Software team and various business functions across the organization. The individual will collaborate with VPs, Department Heads, and end users to understand business requirements, document current ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") processes, perform feasibility assessments, and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for the Software team.
What you'll do
- § Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications by analyzing user queries, troubleshooting issues
- § Manage D365 user access, security roles, and license administration, including maintaining allocation records, coordinating approvals
- § Liaise with implementation and support vendors for incident management, service requests, product enhancements, effort estimation, renewals
- § Act as a bridge between the Software team and business functions for requirement gathering, solution discussions, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support
- § Coordinate D365 testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment validation, and preparation of user guides, knowledge articles, and support documentation
