What you'll do
- § Managing the annual compensation and review process for all employees which includes processing promotions, increments, and yearly bonus payouts
- § Creating models to forecast the team costs basis the HoDs requirements, while also maintaining and updating them regularly
- § Providing specialty reporting and data analysis as and when required by building excel models
- § Staying abreast of market trends to ensure the industry’s best compensation policies and procedures are implemented within the firm
- § Developing and reviewing the rewards and incentives program to ensure employee retention
